Returns & Exchanges

All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards.

Return period:

3 Days
10% restock fee

7 - 14 days
20% restock fee

No returns on:
* Printers
* Ink or Media Cartridges once opened
* Educational tapes, DVD’s, or software once opened.
* Blister-packed items once opened.
* Special Order merchandise.
* All consumables, including but not limited to recordable media, film, digital memory, tapes, batteries, paper, chemicals, ink, bulbs, CD/DVDs, etc.

Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacturer's equivalent model only. In many instances, if product is faulty, the manufacturer will handle the exchange. We are not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise, (ie…CF cards, Media, etc). If any of the above conditions are not met, Pro Digital Gear reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of not less than 15%, at our sole discretion.

Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within three (3) business days of receipt of merchandise.

Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card or PayPal will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase. Refunds on returned items which were paid for by check will only be made by check after a 10-day waiting period.

Rebate information is provided for informational purposes only and does not promise or imply eligibility to receive the rebate. It is up to the purchasers to handle all Rebate claims and client must carefully read instructions, retain all UPC Codes and serial numbers off product boxes, and submission. Pro Digital Gear has no liability with anything to do with a manufacturers rebate.
